    Tremendous. Tea snorting (or, at least, making people laugh) is the black chicken’s raison d’etre. There are parts of me that will never be dry again. I had to wait for a bus for 90 minutes standing in a heavy drizzle with no shelter but a ripped poncho. “Nothing is worth this,” I thought. It was like the Battle of the Somme, but without the warming effect of an enemy barrage.
